    Default Bad crashes

    Now this takes some skill.

    Car:
    2005 Skoda Octavia Description:
Being driven at very high speed, missed a turn and drove up an embankment causing the car to fly 90 feet through the air and crash through a church roof.
    Location:
    East Germany

    wow

    Description:
Out of control truck left the road, clipped the edge of one house, went completely through another house, and halfway through a third house.

    Car:
    Chevy Suburban Description:
Sobering shot of an SUV that got lit up by mistake, by an F16 driver near the air-ground gunnery range outside Dugway, Utah. The 'light paint and body damage' is the result of a one-quarter-second burst by the fighter's 20 mm gun, which fires about 3000 rounds per minute. An estimated 70 rounds left the gun; the results are as you see here.
What's even more astonishing is - the SUV was being driven at the time. The driver and the guy in the right-hand passenger seat escaped with some light glass injury to the driver, and a dislocated shoulder to the passenger. The shots hit the gas tank, but didn't explode; the gas just leaked out.
The passenger who normally sits in the back seat had just moved to another vehicle.
The vehicle was on the military reservation, but a full three MILES away from the gunnery range.

In the past, we’ve showed you a couple of other Audi R8 accidents (it seems like this car was made to be crashed). But, if in the other crashes case we felt really sorry only for the car, this time, things went really bad for the driver also. Because the 27 yo German guy who owned this R8 and crashed it on a highway in Germany didn’t make it alive.
According to police reports, the driver was speeding in heavy rain, lost control of the car and smashed it into the guard rail. The young man wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and the paramedics couldn’t do anything for him; he was pronounced dead at the scene. I feel really bad for him and his family and I think this should really make other supercar owners think twice before pushing the gas pedal a little more than they should. I mean, I understand, the sensation is unique, but is this really worth your life? What do you think?

And the IA thread about it.

    Who can justify this driving?

    LOL

    WOW

    Description:
Lady ran over a mattress on the highway and decided not to worry about it and kept driving. After awhile, the car was making a bunch of noise, but she kept going. Finally, the car wouldn't go anymore so she finally pulled over to discover the wires of the mattress had wrapped around her drive shaft and punctured her fuel tank, causing the car to run out of gas. (yes, she was a blonde)
